Consider these findings from recent studies on workers with disabilities:

		People with disabilities show evidence of greater job stability and less turnover than non- disabled employees. Employees with disabilities show no difference in productivity from non-disabled employees when given the proper training. Workers with disabilities take less sick time and have fewer absences than do non-disabled employees. Employees with disabilities have fewer serious work-related injuries, as they tend to be more careful than non-disabled employees.
