Since our beginnings in 1959, our mission has been to improve people's qualities of life through the provision of vocational rehabilitation, skill training, and employment services for people with disabilities in the Lebanon County and nearby areas. All of the programs at QUEST are based on the position that people with disabilities have the same rights as any other citizen - to be treated with dignity, to be respected as a person, and to be empowered to make their own choices about work, leisure time activities, where they live and with whom.
